Platinum Checking Package: The monthly maintenance fee of $24.95 can be waived if you meet one of the following requirements:

Fine Print
- A minimum deposit of $25 is required to open a U.S. Bank consumer checking account. Earn a $400 bonus by opening a new U.S. Bank consumer checking account, excluding Student Checking and Safe Debit Account.
