Should you unlock the SG-225IE Breaker in Helldivers 2?
In light of the latest nerf in the Escalation of Freedom update, the SG-225IE Breaker Incendiary isn’t worth using anymore, especially on higher difficulties. The recoil is manageable, but four mags are simply not enough to deal with all the enemies. On top of that, the flame changes in this update make SG-225IE Breaker Incendiary even less effective than before.
Instead, you should use the regular SG-225 Breaker shotgun. It has more mags and firepower, making it better for any operations on the Terminid front. Once the Freedom’s Flame Warbond is out, there’ll be even more ways to set the bugs on fire.
How to unlock the SG-225IE Breaker in Helldivers 2
If you still want to get your hands on SG-225IE Breaker Incendiary, you can unlock it on the second page of the Steeled Veterans premium Warbond for 60 Medals. The Warbond also includes an AR-23C Liberator Concussive assault rifle and a JAR-5 Dominator explosive shotgun.
