How to get the Axial Conduit in Diablo 4

The depth of quality items in Diablo 4 can be overwhelming, but if you’re playing as a Sorcerer, Axial Conduit is an item you probably need. We can tell you how to earn it.

Axial Conduit is one of the most powerful Unique items available to sorcerers in Diablo 4. When equipped, Chain Lightning alternates between orbiting you and seeking up to three enemies, draining six Mana each time. Once you have drained 66 Mana, the bolt explodes for 150 to 600 percent Lightning Damage.

Players opting for a Chain Lightning Sorcerer build should put Axial Conduit at the top of their wishlist, and we’ve got all the details you need.

Like other Unique items in Diablo 4, there’s no way to guarantee Axial Conduit will drop. Instead, it’s up to the RNG Gods and luck in your hunt for specific items. However, there are ways to spin the odds more in your favor.

The best way to farm for Axial Conduit in Diablo 4 is to defeat Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint. The loot table for Grigoire includes Axial Conduit, with a higher chance of the Unique item dropping once they are defeated.

Axial Conduit is not exclusive to Grigoire and can drop from defeating enemies and opening chests in World Tier 3 and Tier 4. Focus on Gathering Legions, World Bosses, Helltides, and Nightmare Dungeons to increase your chances.

The best farming route for Axial Conduit is to focus on Helltides and earn 300 Aberrant Cinders. Use these to open Tortured Gifts of Living Steel during Helltide events, which provide Living Steel—the material required to summon Grigoire. Repeat this process until Axial Conduit drops.
