Best packs to buy in Madden 25 Ultimate Team

Madden 25 is here, which means starting from scratch in Ultimate Team. If you want to bolster your account, we’ve provided some recommendations on the best packs to buy.

Packs in Madden 25 are the main way of obtaining new players in Ultimate Team and are incredibly important at the start of your journey as you build a starter squad.

Whether you’re looking to spend Points or Coins, we’ve outlined some of the best options below.

Best Madden 25 packs to buy with Points

  • Jumbo Starter Team Bundle (4,600 Points)
  • Offense BND Starter Team Pack (2,300 Points)
  • Ultimate Preseason Pack (300 Points)
  • 2x Ultimate Preseason BND Players (300 Points)
  • Platinum Pack (500 Points)

For anyone looking to splash out and skip the grind for a strong team, the Jumbo Starter Team Bundle is a great choice and costs 4,600 Points—the exact amount you receive with the Deluxe or MVP edition of the game. This pack contains a full team of players, with at least 12 Elites.

If you don’t want to splurge through all your Points at once but want to kickstart your team, the Offense BND Starter Team Pack for 2,300 Points is another solid choice and provides half of what the Jumbo Starter Team Bundle does, with only offensive players and at least six Elites.

If you’re looking toward smaller purchases, you can purchase the Ultimate Preseason Pack just once for 300 Points, which offers decent rewards. Other options are the two Ultimate Preseason BND Players, which you cannot sell, and the Platinum Pack—which you can purchase several times for 500 Points, and all its players can be sold for a huge amount of Coins.

  • 2x Ultimate Preseason BND Players (40,000 Coins)
  • 70+ OVR Pack (9,500 Coins)
  • Core Elite Pack (78,000 Coins)
  • 70+ OVR Player (2,400 Coins)

If you’re not willing to spend money in Ultimate Team or dedicate yourself to a Road to Glory challenge, there are still plenty of options to bolster your teams. If you didn’t buy the two Ultimate Preseason BND Players with Points, it’s a good way to get some decent additions to your roster.

Although the 70+ OVR Pack won’t net you standout players, it can be purchased five times and the players you pack can be used in Sets to unlock better players. Each pack contains five players, so you can quickly gather a bunch of players.

From there, the choice is either to save up and buy specific players on the market or risk it all with a Core Elite Pack. 78,000 Coins is a hefty amount to spend but it provides two 70+ OVR players and one 80+ OVR Elite player.

Alternatively, stick to the 70+ OVR Player pack for 2,400 Coins. Though it only provides a single player, it’s a cheap option to fill your ranks and gather players you can put toward completing sets.
