Silithus is one of the most iconic places in World of Warcraft, and it’s also the region that sets you off on a new journey in the new WoW expansion, The War Within.
To help you start your new journey in the WoW The War Within expansion, here’s everything you need to know about Silithus’s location, how to get there, and more.
Silithus location in WoW The War Within
The notorious region of bugs, ancient ruins, and the Old God C’Thun is truly a land of mysteries, and it’s also a starting point for your new WoW The War Within adventure. Silithus is located in the southwestern corner of the Kalimdor continent. It’s an insect-infested section of Kalimdor that borders Un’Goro Crater to the east and Feralas to the north.
How to get to Silithus in WoW The War Within
While you can always resort to more traditional means of travel such as Flight Paths on Kalimdor, or even portals from your main city, Blizzard added a new option to reach Silithus in WoW The War Within pre-patch. The best and fastest way to get to Silithus is by using the Teleportation scroll from your inventory, given to you by Jaina or Thrall, that teleports you instantly to the center of Silithus.
As long as you’re level 70, when you log into WoW The War Within, a new quest called The War Within pops up automatically. This is the first quest chain that sends you to Silithus to meet Thrall and Jaina Proudmoore, and if you check your bags, you’ll notice a small scroll you can use to teleport to the meeting place, where the giant sword of the Titan, Sargeras, lies. Once you talk to Thrall or Jaina, you can continue your journey in the new WoW expansion.
