News From Below is a short quest that you can do in WoW The War Within, and it’s also a part of the homonymous quest chain News From Below.

How to start News the From Below quest in WoW The War Within
Before you start the News From Below quest, you must reach the maximum level with your character and finish the campaign story of Khaz Algar. After that, you unlock the campaign storyline for The War Within, and since News From Below is in the second chapter, make sure you complete the first chapter before starting the second one. Once you start the second chapter, which is also called News From Below, like the quest itself, do the following quests in order:
When you pick up the first quest from Alleria Windrunner in Dornogal, make your way to Azj-Kahet to do your quests there. All nine quests are connected and easy to do since they mostly require you to talk to different NPCs, fight some monsters, and interact with items. Once you complete the last quest, talk to Lillian Voss in The Weaver’s Lair at coordinates 55.65, 44.09, and she gives you the News From Below quest.
How to complete the News From Below quest in WoW The War Within
When you accept the quest from Lillian Voss, talk to the NPC Widow Arak’nai right next to her, and she will send you back to Alleria Windrunner in Dornogal. You can either Hearthstone back to the capital city or take the portal at coordinates 57.42, 41.63. Hand in the quest to Alleria, inform her about your adventures, and you get an achievement called News From Below.
