Logitech ups its game with new Pro X Superlight 2 Dex mouse, Pro X TKL keyboard, and more

Logitech is back with new iterations on some of its most popular Pro gaming peripheral products, announced today during its LOGI Play event.

The Pro X TKL rapid gaming keyboard is joined by two gaming mouse choices: the Pro 2 Lightspeed wireless mouse and a highly anticipated new advancement in a very popular model, the Pro X Superlight 2 Dex.

“We pour a lot into our PRO series products, focusing on innovations that deliver immediate performance gains by forming deep partnerships with pros to meet their exacting needs. This research and design practice not only allows us to identify and create product breakthroughs but also serves as a performance test bed that ultimately serves the entire gaming community,” said Chris Pate, head of PRO Series product development at Logitech G. “With our new PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 DEX, our new ambidextrous PRO 2 LIGHTSPEED, and our first magnetic analog rapid trigger keyboard, the PRO X TKL RAPID, we’re meeting gamers’ needs for the highest performance gear possible.”

The Pro X Superlight 2 Dex, priced at $159, gets its surname from dexterity, which was crucial in its design, according to Logitech. The new shape of the mouse was made with ergonomic comfort in mind, as its “asymmetrical, right-hand design and programmable side buttons were designed specifically for players who prefer a larger, explicitly right-handed design without sacrificing the performance and 60g weight advantage.”

The Pro 2 Lightspeed wireless mouse, in comparison, has an “ambidextrous, modular design with switchable, magnetic and programmable buttons; suitable for use with either hand and customizable for many gaming styles and grips” for $129.

Finally, the Pro X TKL Rapid wired gaming keyboard’s newest addition is magnetic analog switches with “tournament-grade responsiveness and precision,” which enable an adjustable actuation point, rapid trigger functionality, and even key priority via four different comparison modes. It retails for $169.

All of the new products can soon be found on Logitech’s website.
