Rarity matters a lot in Verse Piece, especially when it comes to Races. Some are just straight up massively better than others as you go up in rarity. I’ll show you the best races, where they rank, why they rank there, and all their stats. Let’s kick off this Verse Piece Race tier list.
All Verse Piece Races Ranked and Listed
I’ll be rating Verse Piece races from S-Tier to D-Tier. In S-Tier you’ll find the most powerful mathematical bonuses to damage and damage reduction in the game that you should be going for both for PVP and PVE. As for A-Tier, the Race options are still powerful but slightly less so. For B-Tier they’re as powerful as A-Tier but are dependent on a specific situation or build. Lastly, C-Tier are underpowered options and you should never use D-Tier races or Human.
S-Tier Verse Piece Races

An incredible race for PVP because of that damage reduction. Unlike Shadow, it works in PVE as well. | • HP Boost: 100% increased HP. • Damage Reduction: Incoming damage is reduced by 75% |
| Dragonic | Exotic (0.05%) |
The highest damage boost in the game apart from the situational Dullahan boost. Excellent for PVP and PVE but it’s better for PVE. | • Damage Boost: You deal 2.25x more damage. • Required for unlocking the Rimuru Spec |

One of the best if not the best PVP race in the game. | • PVP Damage Reduction: Incoming damage from players is reduced by 100%. |
A-Tier Verse Piece Races

One of the worst damage boosts for Mythicals but has incredible sustain in PVP fights and PVE. | • Damage Boost: You deal 1.25x more damage. • Lifesteal: You heal from dealing damage. • Required for unlocking Alucard. |
| Slime | Exotic (0.05%) |
A weaker version of Shadow and Cyborg but still incredible since it works for PVP and PVE. | • Damage Reduction: Incoming damage is reduced by 80%. |
| Saiya | Mythical (0.175%) |
Same as Slime. | • Damage Reduction: Incoming damage is reduced by 70%. • Required for unlocking the Goku Spec. |
| Vessel | Mythical (0.175%) |
A highly flexible race with excellent DPS in both PVP and PVE due to the bleed. | • Damage Boost: You deal 1.5x more damage. • Bleed: Your M1s apply a damage-over-time effect. |

Similar to Vessel. | • Damage Boost: You deal 1.25x more damage. • Divine Smite: Your M1s smite enemies stunning them and dealing an additional 20% bonus damage as a damage-over-time effect. |
