‘Fluster’ NYT Mini Crossword clue difficulty

I’d give this clue a difficulty rating of four out of five. When it comes to “Fluster,” I always think it means more along the lines of being nervous, agitated, or stressed. I forget it can also mean being upset. So, when I read this clue today, I was confused because of this. It wasn’t until I solved the clue for five-down (CLUB) that I then remembered it could also mean upset. So, if you thought along the same lines, you’re not alone.
