This material only spawns around Scrooge McDuck’s shop in the main village. You won’t find it over on Eternity Isle if you have A Rift in Time or in the Vale if you have The Storybook Vale even though he has shops set up on both of these islands too. There needs to be a bit of room around his shop for this material to actually appear, so if you notice none has spawned, you may want to clear some objects sitting around the building. The area around the shop doesn’t have to be completely clean, it just needs to have some clear areas.
