You can’t acquire all badges in NBA 2K25 via attribute upgrades—some require hard work. In the case of the Workout Warrior badge, we mean this literally. This badge is an upfront investment, though—get it once, and you won’t have to workout ever again.
If we’re being pedantic about it, you have to raise one particular attribute to get the Workout Warrior badge in NBA 2K25, but you can’t do this via the character’s attribute sliders. You must go to the gym for this one, but the sweat will be worth it in the long run.
What is the Workout Warrior badge in NBA 2K25?
Workout Warrior is one of the many badges in NBA 2K25 MyCAREER and one of very few you can equip to any type of build. Workout Warrior gives you a permanent 99 stamina attribute, a permanent Turbo Meter boost, and access to all your unlocked Body Types on all your current and future builds. It’s one hell of a prize, which is why it requires a hell of a workout routine.
How to get Workout Warrior in NBA 2K25
You must complete the Workout Warrior quest in MyCAREER to get this badge. The quest has two requirements—complete all 12 unique workouts and reach 99 stamina. Though they are treated as separate quest points, reaching 99 stamina comes naturally with regular workouts.
Each completed workout raises your stamina by two points. Your starting stamina is 85, so you can max it out by doing seven workouts. At that point, you’ll be more than halfway through the Workout Warrior quest, and pushing through the remaining five routines will guarantee you never have to step foot in the gym for as long as you play NBA 2K25 MyCAREER. We’d say that’s a high-quality return on your initial efforts.
The one downside of this quest is that you can’t complete it in less than three weeks due to the limit of four workouts per week. If you look at it from a glass-half-full angle, this is just another reason to wait before creating multiple builds. Putting in the work with your first MyPLAYER will reap benefits for subsequent saves, including the Rebirth feature that uncaps your maximum potential rating on all new builds from the get-go.
