A new, minor update went live in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone today, full of bug fixes and minor tweaks.
The major content is still a few weeks away in CoD, with season five set to begin on July 24. For now, Activision is focused on fixing current issues and changing up some of the game as it stands, so the update has little for most to truly get excited for.

MW3, Warzone update today: July 9 patch notes
The biggest change in the patch is that Activision has “addressed an exploit allowing a faster fire rate than intended using non-standard input methods” on the COR-45. The pistol’s popular Aftermarket Part is strong but was never meant to be this strong. Thankfully for CoD gamers, the exploit is fixed.
The Mutation mode has also received some changes. The Mutated Leaper ability has had its inner explosive damage radius decreased to 0.1 meters, but the damage has been increased from 100 to 150. The Mutant Juggernaut ability has also had its health nerfed from 1,000 to 750.
Elsewhere, the G3T_H1GH3R camos are now unlockable as they were previously unable to be obtained regardless of players completing the required challenges. This fix was deployed a few days earlier, and players have since been able to grab multiple new camos as part of the platforming game mode.
One more exploit was fixed for a bug that was “allowing the DNA Bomb to be earned more often than intended in round-based game modes,” which sounds incredibly unfortunate for anyone who may have fell victim to it during its reign of terror.
