One hundred and twenty star Apex Legends professionals, a whopping 40 teams, and only one winner, but who eventually took home the trophy in the 2024 ALGS Split Two Playoffs? Here’s everything you may have missed in the 2024 ALGS Split Two Playoffs.
ALGS Split 2 Playoffs 2024 winner
The winners for the 2024 ALGS Split 2 Playoffs are Spacestation Gaming. The roster, consisting of powerhouse controller players Phony (IGL), Xynew, and Koyful, stole the trophy from 10 other match point teams in match 10. It’s an outcome many perhaps weren’t surprised about due to the strength of aim assist, but it was only in May that we saw a triple mouse and keyboard team (Reject Winnity KR) win at the Split One Playoffs.
Spacestation had a rough start, with two back to back donuts (zero point games) that turned ours, the audience, and casters attention to the incredible early run made by GaiminGladiators (who hit match point on game three). It wasn’t until game seven where Spacestation finally unleashed their full potential by winning the match on Stormpoint, and flew up the leaderboard to join the five other teams (at the time) on match point.
The match point teams rose as the LAN progressed. Matches flew by until it was time for match 10, where 11 match point teams were bloodthirsty for the win. While this is one of the longest LANs in Apex history, it felt fitting following the 13-match LAN at the Esports World Cup in early Aug. (just three weeks prior). It was anyone’s game to take, but Spacestation took the trophy in an intense and claustrophobic Skyhook end circle.
While a single team (not on match point) had high ground, they leapt onto TSM, ending both teams chances to either extend the tournament or take the glory. It could have been Alliance or Spacestation targeted at this moment, but TSM fell victim to Enter Force.36, granting Spacestation the opportunity to win as a duo.

For the very first time in Apex history, we’ve now witnessed three different teams win, all representing separate regions. Alongside this, we saw a triple mouse and keyboard team and now a triple controller team win. So, what will happen at the ALGS 2024 Championship? Who knows—clearly someone lost the script.
