When does Shared Skies season end in Pokémon Go?

Pokémon Go’s summer Shared Skies season is slowly ending, with the final season of content in 2024 fast approaching.

Shared Skies began on June 1 and mainly focused on Pokémon Go Fest throughout the Summer, as well as the introduction of brand new Ultra Beasts, a handful of new Shiny Pokémon, and the 2024 Pokémon World Championships.

Depending on who you ask, this season of content has been a decent experience for many trainers; but like most things, it eventually needed to come to an end.

Shared Skies ends on Sept. 3 at 10am local time. The brand new season of Pokémon Go content, called Max Out, instantly begins shortly afterward.

Max Out focuses on the Galar region and introduces many new mechanics, including Dynamax Pokémon. The Max Out season also introduces a new in-person event on par with Go Fest and Go Tour known as Go Wild Area. Details on the event are currently unknown, but it will begin in November.

Before that, though, we still have a few final things to look forward to in Shared Skies. The Popplio Community Day begins Aug. 31 at 2pm local time and introduces Shiny Popplio to the game for the first time.

Triumph Together, the final big event of the season, is also still ongoing until Aug. 31 and gives players a chance to capture a lot of the season’s exclusive Pokémon, including Party Hat Grimer, and a final chance to get Shiny Komala and Togedemaru through 7km Eggs before they become rare spawns once again.
