Like Fallout 4’s Boston, the post-war British Capital in Fallout London also features several settlements you can claim and build on. They are, in a way, your safe havens amid the dingy and dangerous English boroughs.
In any case, where else would we stash all our hoarded junk except in our wasteland sanctuaries? So, here is a rundown of all the settlement locations in Fallout London.
Biggin Hill Airport
If you follow the main questline for Fallout London, the earliest settlement you naturally encounter is the Biggin Hill Airport. This is in the southeast section of the map, and the Vagabond faction’s introduction quest leads you here.
Before you can claim it, you must finish Elder Druid Gordo’s somewhat lengthy quest: Gordon’s Alive. Don’t fret, though; I beat the quest comfortably at level four, as the areas mostly comprised low-level enemies.
London Bridge
This is as iconic as a location for a settlement can get—though now it’s operated as a scam toll crossing by a guy named Beefy. To repurpose it as a settlement, you need to complete his quest.
For the quest, you need six points in Charisma and eight points in Intelligence to pass the speech checks that have you hunt down Beefy’s former cannibal friends across the map.
Covent Garden
Covent Garden is another settlement you come across naturally as you progress through the Fallout London main quest. This is in the northwest part of the map, east of Trafalgar Square, across Waterloo Bridge.
This settlement has no quests attached to it, but you have to kill a bunch of Hooligan enemies occupying the area before you can claim it.
Lambeth Walk
This is just south of the London Eye Ferris Wheel on the western side of the map on the eastern bank of the Thames.
Like the last settlement, Lambeth Walk has no quest to unlock it. You just have to clear out the area—however, be careful of a Radger spawn in the park, which might very well be a death sentence if you are a low level.
Vauxhall Grove Construction Site
Further south from Lambeth Walk, past St. Peter’s Church, is the Vauxhall Grove Construction Site.
This place is ideal for the builders amongst you as the flat terrain lends itself to large settlement builds.
Defending it is a pain, though, since it’s mostly open on all sides. With enough resources to build sandbags, turrets, and other defensive contraptions around the periphery, you’ll likely have a better time with this settlement in the late game.
Tennis Museum
This settlement is on the far southwestern side of the Fallout London map, just beside Wimbledon Park Lake.
This is another expansive settlement with fenced-off tennis courts and an indoor area (the Museum itself) ready-made for all your storage needs. Be warned: This place is high-level and filled with Feral Ghouls, including a Glowing One, which I encountered inside the Museum, below the main stands.
