How to find the Bungalow in Schedule 1

You’ll realize that the small dingy apartments are not enough to run a business empire in Schedule 1. You’ll have to invest in other properties and then build them up. The Bungalow is one of the first properties you can purchase in Schedule 1. Let’s go over how to buy and find the Bungalow.

How to buy the Bungalow in Schedule 1

You need to go to Ray’s Real Estate to buy the Bungalow. You can find them on the northern side of the map near the Garage on the northern side of the map.

Head inside and speak to Ray, who will tell you about the various properties up for sale. The Bungalow is listed as a $6,000 property that you can purchase. However, you can only purchase it using money held in your ATM. Before making the purchase, you need to deposit $6,000 in your ATM, which shouldn’t be too much of an issue early on.

Once you make the purchase, the Bungalow gets removed from the property board, and the manager will inform you that it has been transferred to your name. However, they don’t specify where exactly you can find the Bungalow.

The Bungalow is located in Westville near the Brown Apartments Building. You can use your mini-map to confirm its location and look for the blue home icon. You can head straight across the bridge from the Basketball court, and you’ll find the Bungalow.

Once you own the Bungalow, you can assign up to two different workers to perform tasks here for you. The Bungalow has three moderately sized rooms and a backyard. The rooms in the back are ideal for storage and production, while you can use the main room for decor and to set up beds.

I found the best use for the Bungalow to be setting up a U-shaped storage area and packing stations in the kitchen, and using the room inside for eight Growing Tents that the Botanist can automatically use. A Botanist and Packer with supplies can ensure a steady production of whatever product you need at the Bungalow, making it a great starter location to automate production.
