Ghost Rare cards are some of the rarest ones you can get in TCG Card Shop Simulator, and players can spend hours or days trying to find one from the various packs.
Any of the current eight in-game packs you can buy have the chance to have a Ghost Rare card in them, so it doesn’t matter if it’s a standard Basic Pack or a Legendary Pack, but a Legendary Pack has a higher chance to give you an expensive card.
But for those hunting for these rarer cards, how can you get one for yourself?
What are the odds of pulling a Ghost Rare card in TCG Card Shop Simulator?
To get a Ghost Rare card in TCG Card Shop Simulator, you must keep opening any pack for as long as it takes. There is no way to change or increase the odds of pulling a rare card; you need to rely on luck to find one.
To warn you, the quest to get a Ghost Rare card is pretty long. There is a 0.2% chance of getting a rare card of any type from a pack with the game’s current odds. That means you should get a one for every 500 packs you open. Whether that is a Ghost Rare or one of the other rarities like full arts, etc, isn’t possible to control.
To add insult to injury, some pack openers are claiming that when they do finally pull a Ghost Rare card, the game, being in early access, doesn’t register it, and they don’t get the in-game achievement, forcing them to try and find another one to get it instead. We have seen the likelihood of this glitch increase if you use mods that make opening packs faster, as the game can’t register cards fast enough to keep up. So, while it’s a bit of a pain, uninstalling the mods if you are trying to get the achievement might be the best option.
If money is tight, you can save the game, buy all the packs you want to open, and leave and reload the save to do it all over again if you don’t get a Ghost Rare card. It saves you potentially losing thousands of money your store desperately needs to keep alive.
As a last tip, try to open expensive packs if you want a better chance of achieving that $10,000 card sale. The Legendary Packs are the best ones to open here, so long as you can afford them. And if you don’t want to play the game normally to have time to open packs, maybe use an infinite money glitch to make things easier.
