The Triumph Together Premium Timed Research pass has arrived in Pokémon Go, giving trainers a host of new tasks and rewards to unlock by buying the pass in the in-game shop. If you’re on the fence about whether the rewards are worth paying for, we’ve got you covered.
How to complete Triumph Together Premium Timed Research in Pokémon Go
The Pokémon Go Premium Timed Research pass gives you eight different tasks to complete before Aug. 30. You get a few extra encounters with the main costumed Pokémon, and an assortment of items to hatch eggs, among other benefits.
The complete list of tasks and rewards include:
Triumph Together Premium Timed Research | Rewards |
---|---|
Power up Pokémon 10 times | 1x Rocket Radar |
Defeat 3 Team GO Rocket members | 1x Costume Ponyta Encounter |
Explore 3 km | 1x Egg Incubator |
Hatch an Egg | 1x Super Incubator |
Hatch 3 Eggs | 1x Costumed Elekid Encounter |
Spin 20 PokéStops or Gyms | 1x Incense |
Complete 5 Field Research Tasks | 1x Lure Module |
Complete 10 Field Research Tasks | 1x Costumed Lapras Encounter |
You also get 10,000 XP, 2 Premium Raid Pass, and 5,000 Stardust for completing every task.
Equally, the Pokémon in the pass can be shiny if you are lucky, but the chances of getting one are base odds. These costumed Pokémon are some of the rarest shinies to find, so if you manage to get one, keep hold of it for future events where avid collectors are likely to give into any of your demands to add it to their collections.
You don’t need to buy this pass to get the costumed Pokémon to spawn, but getting the pass offers an extra encounter on top of the extra rewards.
