Another day, another XP farming method is discovered in The First Descendant. This time, we have a cave where, if you position yourself just right, you don’t even need to fire a weapon to farm XP.
Here’s how the Bunny Cave farm method works in The First Descendant.
What is the First Descendant Bunny Cave farm?
The Bunny Cave is actually just a Void Fragment mission in The First Descendanant, located in Fortress, Fallen Ark. It takes place in a cave, and you need an Electric Descendant (Sharen, Bunny, or Ultimate Bunny) to activate it. It’s also a good idea to do this in a Private game because many other players are doing it right now.
Using this method, you can raise your Descendant’s XP and Weapon Proficiency level. The Bunny Cave isn’t a great method for farming Gold or Kuiper shards, however—unlike the Valby farming method.
When you start the event, the enemies can only spawn from two locations, which are very close to each other (it is a cave, after all). If you have a heavy weapon like the launcher or an ability that does AoE damage, you can clear each enemy group with a single shot.
Of course, the farming spot is called “Bunny Cave” for a reason, and that is because you can do this farming method with only Bunny (or Ultimate Bunny) without even firing a gun.
How to do The First Descendant Bunny Cave farm
To do the Bunny Cave farm in The First Descendant, pick (Ultimate) Bunny, Sharen, or bring a friend with one of these Descendants, and go to Fortress, Fallen Ark on Hard. From there, go outside and look for a cave on the wall leading to the Void Fragment mission.
When you reach the zone, activate the Void Fragment and blast enemies as fast as possible.
Here’s the best part: If you are playing as Bunny or Ultimate Bunny and have a bunch of Modules that improve your Skill Power and range, you can hug the wall that separates both enemy groups (hug it from the left side) and simply double jump continuously to clear both waves of enemies.
The enemies that spawn on your left die from the shock blast Bunny releases when she lands a double jump. The enemies on the other side of the wall you’re hugging also die because the electric blast clips through the wall and kills them. So, all you have to do is hop with Bunny (no pun intended) to get a bunch of XP and Weapon Proficiency.
Good luck, and try to farm this method before it gets nerfed.
