The Seven Deadly Sins: Idle Adventure tier list – All heroes, ranked

There are 129 heroes in Seven Deadly Sins: Idle Adventures (as of update 1.0.1), with many characters like Meliodas having different versions. To help you set the best team possible, we’ve compiled a tier list of all the heroes in Seven Deadly Sins: Idle Adventure, except Basic, Normal, and Rare types.

Seven Deadly Sins: Idle Adventure has six hero types: Legendary (34), Unique (27), Epic (16), Rare (17), Normal (14), and Basic (21). Like every gacha, the super rare characters—here the Legendaries—are undoubtedly best, but a few heroes outshine the rest.

Heroes also have primary and secondary attributes like Strength and DPS, determining their attack, defense, health, and healing capabilities. Considering there’s over 100 heroes in the game, we’re not ranking the Basic, Normal, and Rare heroes; they’re almost useless. Additionally, you unlock a few unique and one Legendary from the get-go, so there’s no need to set a team comprising the lower categories.

Anime fans can also spot Escanor on the launch screen. Escanor will be available with a future update, and considering he’s the most powerful character in the original story, expect him to be just as good as Ban… if not better.

Top five heroes in Seven Deadly Sins: Idle Adventure

5) Grayroad of Pacifism

One of the best Debuffers, who makes the boss fights lots easier, especially after Stage 300. While your DPS team members dish out hefty damage, Grayroad applies a debuff with all three skills. His Special and Ultimate skills lower the enemy’s crit defense, which helps you grind levels without active participation using Power Saving.

4) Galand of Truth

Almost on par with Ban when it comes to the damage per second. Galand’s second skill increases his critical hit chance, stacking up to 30 percent, and his ultimate, Critical Over, deals damage equal to 951 percent to the target while increasing his attack speed.

3) Drole of Patience

Arguably the best Tank in Seven Deadly Sins: Idle Adventure. He’s a Legendary character who shines at your team’s frontline, shielding your DPS and Supports from enemy attacks. All three of his skills focus primarily on defense, with his ultimate, Giga Fall, disabling the target’s HP recovery for six seconds. We recommend running at least one Tank in your team, and if you’re able to pull Drole of Patience, eat a meat pie to recover the XP points from one of your heroes to transfer them over to Drole.

2) Sloth King

While Sloth King is a Dexterity and Support character, he acts like a regular DPS character at higher levels because of his Crit Damage. Sloth King’s ultimate deals hefty damage and temporarily buffs the final attack by 20 percent of other DEX-attribute and Seven Deadly Sins (Ban and Wrath Meliodas) teammates.

There’s a 0.0016 percent chance of you pulling Sloth King through the rate-up banner. If you’re lucky, you can also unlock him using the free Legendary hero cards which are added to your inventory while grinding.

1) Ban

Arguably the best DPS hero in Seven Deadly Sins: Idle Adventure available through the Hero Summon (rate up banner). Ban’s normal and special skills deal 100 and 180 percent attack damage; however, his ultimate, Vanishing Kill, is the star of his kit; it inflicts 912 percent of attack damage to the target. The ultimate also lowers the enemy unit’s final attack by 15 percent for 10 seconds, simultaneously increasing Ban’s final attack by the same amount.

If you get lucky and unlock Ban, max his levels immediately. Additionally, Ban is an Int character, so he’s super effective against Strength final bosses.
